Our starting point is a focus on personal needs - supporting everyone to manage their own wellbeing across the four pillars of our wellbeing strategy: mental, physical, financial and social.

As a result, the firm offers a very broad range of services and options from gym membership, BUPA, counselling services, and Cycle 2 Work schemes through to virtual personal training, seminars, and talks – all covering the four pillars of wellbeing.

We recently won a ‘People in Law Award’ for the introduction of Yulife, an app that harnesses gamification to encourage everyone to embrace wellbeing opportunities.

Flexible working has been a major focus for quite a while. This prepared us very effectively for ‘lockdown’ but we have learned a lot recently. A fresh approach to flexible working and how we structure our office environment are in development. Our digital transformation is already underway.

We know we have lots to do to ‘live’ our vision fully - an unlimited approach to personal relationships for us means having both a truly inclusive culture and diverse teams, in which everyone is equipped to perform at their best.

We have run a series of vision and values sessions for everyone and a new programme is soon to be rolled out across the firm.
