In October 2005, we were awarded the Lexcel Quality Mark. Developed by the Law Society, this quality standard focuses on all aspects of practice management and helps to ensure that law firms deliver excellent client care and a consistently high quality of service. Lexcel draws on elements of other management quality standards such as Investors in People and ISO 9000. Attainment of the Quality Mark demonstrates our commitment to delivering a quality service through our people.
