Charles is Chairman of Fladgate. He has dealt with corporate matters since starting training with one of Fladgate's predecessor firms in 1977. He has a wide-ranging practice, acting for major public companies and institutions, including several in the insurance sector, as well as private companies and professional partnerships.
Charles has lectured on company law and corporate governance issues, in the UK and abroad.
Charles’ expertise in corporate finance is recognised by both the Legal 500 2011 and the Legal Business Legal Experts 2012.
