Ariana qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2011 and specialises in contentious and non contentious commercial issues. She advises clients on a wide variety of matters including technology law, electronic commerce, domain name issues, intellectual property, freedom of information and general commercial issues.
Ariana has also advised both purchasers and providers in relation to commercial arrangements. She has prepared and negotiated licensing, franchising, distribution, hotel management and manufacturing arrangements. She regularly deals with e‑business issues with clients across a range of industries. Ariana has particular experience in advising publishing clients in relation to general publishing contracts, e-book agreements, and related merchandising and franchising arrangements.
