Our client base is composed, in the main, of high net worth individuals and owner managed/family businesses. Our expertise covers a wide range of transactional matters, in the UK and cross-border, but with a particular emphasis on commercial, corporate and property investment issues.
We have a particular expertise in working with Islamic finance compliance specialists advising Islamic property investment funds on their investments.
