Operating from London and comprising multi-lingual and multi-qualified lawyers, these groups facilitate cross-border activities for a diverse range of companies; over 35 per cent. of our annual income is derived from non-UK clients who are investing in the UK, both in general commerce and real estate.

We recognise that cross-border advice should cover more than just the legal technicalities and place as great an emphasis on our lawyers’ knowledge of the culture of the country with which they are dealing as on linguistic and transactional skills.

The firm's strong international dimension is complemented by access to an extensive network of overseas lawyers and other advisers. We are a member of the International Lawyers Network, a world-wide non-exclusive association of high-quality full service law firms based in over 60 countries. In recent years, a large number of transactions on which we have acted have had an international dimension. We are well used to co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional teams, drawing on our international relationships where necessary, to manage with confidence our clients’ needs around the globe.
