Fladgate’s insolvency and restructuring group advises all those concerned with insolvent and financially distressed companies, including directors, debtors, creditors, financial institutions and other stakeholders, as well as insolvency practitioners. It also advises clients in connection with solvent reconstructions and reorganisations.

Our financial services group advises regulated and unregulated businesses, particularly investment advisers, managers and dealers on applicable financial services regulation, compliance and commercial agreements. It also advises clients on selling and marketing restrictions relating to investments and securities including unregulated collective investments.

Our experienced banking litigation team handles a number of banking disputes, providing a service that is practical, commercial and personal.
