Banking Litigation – Recommended

Commentary: The team’s highlight work includes advising on the repossession of a number of aircraft for Hitachi Capital, and representing a group of Austrian investors in a USD25 million bonds dispute. Capital Markets: AIM – Recommended

Commentary: Fladgate is increasingly regarded as a draw for AIM flotations and related transactions. The team worked with Bluewater Bio International on the raising of £2 million through a placing of ordinary shares. Anthony Vaughan leads the way for the group and is a corporate and capital markets lawyer with a wealth of experience to offer his domestic and international clients.
