Fladgate is delighted to announce the appointment of corporate partner Jeremy Whiteson. Jeremy joins from Forsters where he was head of corporate and a partner for nine years.
Jeremy has substantial experience in corporate transactional and corporate recovery work and his appointment will enhance Fladgate’s comprehensive corporate capability.
Jeremy’s work is focused on three areas: entrepreneurial business, where he acts for businesses and investors on start ups, expansion funding, sales, acquisitions and listings; property funds and structures, where he acts for investors and managers on structuring collective ownership or development of property; and corporate recovery, where he advises on distressed business transactions, restructuring and insolvency issues.
Jeremy is ranked as a leading lawyer in M&A by Chambers UK 2010 with sources stating: “Jeremy is a leading expert in mid-market corporate deals and a great guy to work with”.
