Fladgate LLP is delighted to announce a major boost to its real estate and finance practices with the appointment of partner Kim McMurray. Kim was formerly head of real estate finance at Halliwells in London.
Kim specialises in real estate finance, acting for both banks and borrowers, including Lloyds/HBoS, Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish, ING, RBS and Butterfield. She advises in relation to a range of finance arrangements including tax driven structures and has a particular expertise in the hotels, care home, education and retail sectors. Kim has been ranked as a leading lawyer for a number of years by both Chambers UK and the Legal 500 and her considerable experience will enhance Fladgate’s existing finance capability.
