Fladgate LLP has advised PeerTV on its admission to AIM. PeerTV, a leading provider of internet TV solutions, is incorporated in the UK but has its principal operating subsidiary in Israel. Nomad, Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited, was represented by Eversheds.
The transaction was led by Fladgate corporate partner Avram Kelman who is qualified to practice in England and Wales and Israel. Fladgate previously advised PeerTV on a private placings in February and November of 2010 raising approximately £2.5m.
Fladgate has one of the foremost Israeli practice groups in the UK with an acknowledged expertise in acting for Israeli companies seeking to expand into the overseas market. In relation to capital markets transactions, the firm has a long history of acting for Israeli companies raising equity, either through a listing on the London Stock Exchange’s main market or AIM market or through a dual quotation.
