Fladgate LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of partner Amy Collins, who joined the firm on 4 July 2011 from Olswang LLP.
Amy specialises in corporate work for public and private companies, advising on joint ventures, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions. She has wide-ranging experience of acting for companies and sponsors, nominated advisers and brokers on IPOs and fundraisings, both on AIM and the Main Market.
In addition, Amy has particular expertise in the real estate, leisure and retail sectors and has advised on numerous corporate property acquisitions and disposals, property unit trusts and property joint ventures. Her industry knowledge will enhance Fladgate’s already considerable capability in these areas.

This announcement builds upon other strategic appointments by the firm in recent months including Macfarlanes real estate partner, Richard Reuben, and Halliwells head of real estate finance, Kim McMurray.
