Fladgate LLP advised AIM listed company BidTimes plc on its acquisition of PowerHouse Energy Inc. and its subsequent re-admission to AIM (as PowerHouse Energy Group plc). PowerHouse is a California based specialist in clean power generation systems with a licence to exploit an ultra high temperature gasification technology. The market capitalisation of the group on admission was £49m.
