Fladgate advises on £50.5m real estate transaction

Fladgate LLP has advised on the sale of the shares in a company affiliated with HDG Mansur. The sole asset of the company is the Freehold of 169 Union Street, SE1, which is the headquarters of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority. The transaction valued the property at
£50.5 million.

Fladgate real estate partner Robert Muir led the cross departmental team assisted by partner Matthew Williams. Partner Amy Collins advised on the corporate aspects of the sale and partner Andrew Bessemer-Clark on the financing aspects. The purchasers, a client of Oxygen Asset Management, were advised by Norton Rose LLP.
