Fladgate LLP has advised CT Networks Limited (Cayetano), a games development company headquartered in the Isle of Man, on its acquisition by Paddy Power plc (Paddy Power).
Cayetano has developed a range of games for the online and mobile gaming markets using its team of software developers and graphic designers located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Cayetano was founded in 2009 by Nick Maughan, CEO who commented: “We are excited at the prospect of being a part of Paddy Power and the team at Fladgate were integral to the successful completion of this deal”.
Fladgate corporate partner Grant Gordon led the team advising Cayetano and was assisted by Sam Tye (Corporate), Adrian Mawlabaux (Corporate) and Alan Wetterhahn (IP/IT).
