Fladgate LLP acted for Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as broker and Beaumont Cornish Limited as nominated advisor in respect of the placing by Galileo Resources plc (Galileo) of 4,857,143 ordinary shares at 35 pence. The placing raised £1.7 million and the shares were placed with a number of existing and new institutional investors.
Galileo is an AIM-quoted emerging African phosphate/rare earth minerals production and exploration company.
