Fladgate LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of real estate partner Stephen Lewis. Stephen joins from Finers Stephens Innocent LLP, where he has been a partner since 2001 and joint head of real estate since April 2011.
Stephen specialises in acquisitions and disposals, primarily in relation to the retail and leisure sectors. His clients include private investors, quoted companies and industry operators.
Stephen is ranked as a leading lawyer in commercial property by the independent guides to the legal profession, with the 2012 edition of Chambers UK commenting: This retail and leisure specialist is "accessible, proactive, practical and communicative". His considerable experience will enhance Fladgate’s existing real estate and leisure capability.
Commenting on the appointment, Fladgate’s Chairman, Charles Wander said: "Our move to Covent Garden in 2010 was widely seen to underline our ambition, confidence and plans for future growth.
