Our team: Mark Harnett
Fladgate LLP has advised The Deptford Project Limited, a joint venture between Cathedral Group and United House, on the £42 million development scheme which has now been granted planning permission. The London Borough of Lewisham has granted consent for the scheme, at Deptford’s arts hub The Deptford Project, which comprises 132 homes, 11,200 sq ft of workshops and a 5,000 sq ft café.
Fladgate real estate partner Antonia Brandes advised The Deptford Project Limited who are developing the scheme in a public private partnership with Lewisham Council. Antonia was assisted by planning partner Mark Harnett and planning solicitor Susanna Weatherstone. The project is estimated to be completed in mid 2014.
