Fladgate LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of real estate partner Gideon Dabby-Joory. Gideon joins from Howard Kennedy, where he was a partner since 2004 and joint head of real estate since 2011. Gideon was also head of Howard Kennedy’s Israel Group.
Gideon specialises in commercial property investment and complex, high profile, development work. He deals with portfolio disposals, acquisitions and leasebacks, site assembly, pre-lettings and all aspects of landlord and tenant work, acting for private and public companies, banks and serial entrepreneurs. His considerable experience will enhance Fladgate’s existing real estate capability.
In addition, Gideon’s substantial Israel based practice will complement Fladgate’s expertise in this area. Fladgate already has one of the foremost Israeli practice groups in the UK with an acknowledged expertise in acting for Israeli companies seeking to expand into the overseas market. The Israel team is an integral part of Fladgate’s considerable international practice, with 30% of the firm’s annual income derived from non-UK based clients who are investing in, or trading with, the UK.
