Fladgate LLP has advised Cathedral Group on a £78m mixed use development and regeneration scheme in Canning Town which is to be carried out on land owned by the London Borough of Newham.
Our advice included entering into agreements with both the freeholder, London Borough of Newham, and the occupational leasehold owners of the site. The acquisitions are conditional upon satisfactory planning permission being granted.
