Fladgate LLP has advised BSL3 Limited on the £18.5m sale of a prominent development site in Shoreditch, London.
BSL3 is part of a large offshore group of companies who primarily invest and develop within the hotel, hospitality and multi-occupational sectors in London.
The site, with full planning consent for a 135 room hotel with associated conferencing and leisure facilities, was purchased by a US based Hotel Group. The purchaser currently owns hotels in New York and The Antilles. The London site is their first foray into the European hotel market.
Fladgate real estate partner, Gideon Dabby-Joory advised BSL3 Limited along with corporate real estate partner Jeremy Whiteson. They were assisted by real estate solicitor Aditi Sawjani.
