Fladgate funds partners Ella Leonard and Philip Turner, with assistance from corporate solicitor Adrian Mawlabaux, advised Tritax.

Commenting on the transaction Tritax Chairman Mark Shaw said: “Our very first transaction with Fladgate was the setting up of the Tritax Accor Hotel Trust in 2005, and established our long-standing and on-going relationship with the firm. This sale marks the exit of that trust nine years later.”
