Fladgate LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of dispute resolution partner Steven Mash, who joins from Crowell & Moring.
Steven specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration and has over 15 years’ experience in contentious work. He has acted in disputes in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, acting for and against FTSE 100 companies and major international corporations. Steven’s experience includes banking and finance, insurance and reinsurance claims, commodity transactions, construction and engineering matters and general contractual claims. He is familiar with a broad spectrum of dispute resolution mechanisms, whether court, arbitration, adjudication or one of the varied processes of Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures available.
Steven has been recommended as a leading practitioner in Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud by both Chambers UK and the Legal 500 and has been described variously as “a superb litigator with a very inventive mind”, a “legal alchemist” and an “extremely creative litigator” who is “always highly strategic in his thinking”.
