Fladgate LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of two partners, together with a number of other internal promotions within the partnership.
Gavriel Cohen, who specialises in acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and management work for property investor and developer clients.
John Forde, who advises primarily on business and real estate taxation but also advises non-domiciled individuals in relation to their personal tax affairs.
As part of the firm’s Route to Partnership policy, Fladgate has made a number of additional promotions within its partnership structure as well as promoting Matthew Biles (private capital), Chris Farrell (construction), Sarah Finch (real estate litigation), Jamie Hamilton (corporate) and Rebecca Tavares (real estate) to senior associate.
