Fladgate LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of construction partner Digby Hebbard, who joins from Trowers & Hamlins.
Digby is a contentious construction specialist who focuses on international and domestic building, engineering and infrastructure projects. He advises on projects across a range of sectors including transport, energy, cultural heritage and development. His particular expertise is in dispute avoidance and resolution and he has considerable experience in representing parties in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
The appointment follows a period of sustained growth for Fladgate and reflects the firm’s commitment to building one of the pre-eminent construction and project teams in the UK. Digby’s arrival brings the number of partners in the firm’s construction and projects team to nine.
Commenting on the appointment, Fladgate’s chairman, Charles Wander said: “We have an ongoing strategy to develop our construction and project team and we are delighted to welcome Digby to the firm. His broad range of experience and high calibre client base will make him an excellent addition to our construction and dispute resolution teams.”
Digby Hebbard added: “I am very much looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of the construction and dispute resolution practices at Fladgate and am excited by the opportunities this role presents for me and my clients.”
