Fladgate is delighted to announce the appointment of dispute resolution partner Bree Taylor. Bree joins from Memery Crystal where she headed up the firm’s dispute resolution department and insolvency & restructuring group.
Bree is a specialist in company, partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud and misfeasance claims. She has acted for claimants in worldwide asset tracing actions and has also defended both companies and individuals in misrepresentation cases.
Bree has been named as a leading individual in Litigation by Chambers UK since 2011, which praises “her attention to detail, her ability to get the point and her focus on areas of risk. She’s very good at communicating and laying out alternative decisions, and she has a personable touch”. She is also recommended for Commercial Litigation by The Legal 500 UK, which describes her as “savvy and technically competent”. Bree is also ranked in the 2015 edition of Chambers Europe.
Bree is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3), the Insolvency Lawyers Association and sits on the R3 Members Committee and the Editorial Board for Recovery Magazine.
Fladgate has made a number of notable hires to its dispute resolution practice in recent months, including Trowers & Hamlin construction and disputes partner Digby Hebbard (April 2015) and Crowell & Moring disputes and banking partner Steven Mash (September 2014).
