She’s very good at communicating and laying out alternative decisions, and she has a personable touch”. She is also recommended for Commercial Litigation by The Legal 500 UK, which describes her as “savvy and technically competent”. Bree is also ranked in the 2015 edition of Chambers Europe.

Fladgate has made a number of notable hires to its dispute resolution practice in recent months, including Trowers & Hamlin construction and disputes partner Digby Hebbard (April 2015) and Crowell & Moring disputes and banking partner Steven Mash (September 2014).

Fladgate’s chairman Charles Wander commented: “Bree’s appointment reflects our continued commitment to building strength in depth in our core practices and to further developing our specialist capabilities. We are delighted to welcome Bree to Fladgate. Her considerable expertise in dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring will enhance our existing profile in these areas”.
