2015 Legal 500 continues to rank Fladgate across the board

Fladgate LLP is delighted to have achieved across the board rankings in the recently launched 2015 edition of the Legal 500 Guide to the UK Legal Profession. The firm achieved 23 rankings with a further 48 individual partner recommendations.

Commercial contracts – Recommended

Fladgate LLP advises on a broad variety of contracts, such as the franchising of two Marco Pierre White restaurant chains on behalf of master franchisee New York Italian. A ‘high level of service and quality’ is provided by the eight-partner team, led by Eddie Powell.

Fladgate LLP’s substantial practice was further developed by the additions of Neil Vickers from Dentons, and Graham Spitz from Locke Lord LLP. ‘Tough when needed, and knowing what issues to concede’, the team acted for Mentum on the £27m acquisition of the gold and copper exploration and development operations of Robust Resources. Grant Gordon heads the department, which includes recommended practitioners Paul Airley and David Robinson.

Fladgate LLP’s ‘comprehensive’ team, led by Simon Ekins, sits in the firm’s wider dispute resolution department.
