Fladgate is delighted to announce the appointment of employment partner Taj Rehal, who joins from Howard Kennedy.
Taj advises listed companies (both international and domestic), large and small private companies and organisations and their directors, partners and senior individuals across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, particularly media, technology, financial services and professional services.
Taj is recommended as a leading individual for employment law by both Chambers UK and the Legal 500 with the latest edition of the Legal 500 commenting that he “provides superb advice and is willing to go the extra mile”.
Fladgate has made a number of notable hires in recent months, including Memery Crystal’s head of dispute resolution Bree Taylor, a three partner team from Locke Lord, comprising Daniel Polden (real estate), Graham Spitz (corporate) and Luke Morris (banking), together with construction specialist Barry Hembling who joined from Fenwick Elliott.
Commenting on the appointment, Fladgate’s chairman Charles Wander said: “Taj acts for a diverse and high calibre client base and we very much look forward to welcoming him to the firm”.
Taj Rehal added: “Given the synergies that exist with my own client base and that of Fladgate and their ambitious plans for future growth, this move presents a great platform for my existing clients and an exciting opportunity for me to further develop and grow my practice”.
