Fladgate is delighted to announce the appointment of immigration partner Sarah Gogan, who joins from Mishcon de Reya LLP.
Sarah has more than 15 years’ experience of advising businesses and ultra-high net individuals and their families on a range of immigration matters which often require bespoke solutions. Her work covers investors, entrepreneurs, exceptional applications including those for settlement and nationality, rights under European law and family related applications (including adoption and surrogacy). She is also experienced in claims for political asylum as well as economic citizenship.
Sarah’s expertise is recognised by the Legal 500.
Fladgate has made a number of notable hires in recent months, including employment partner Taj Rehal from Howard Kennedy, Memery Crystal’s head of dispute resolution Bree Taylor, a three partner team from Locke Lord, comprising Daniel Polden (real estate), Graham Spitz (corporate) and Luke Morris (banking), together with construction specialist Barry Hembling who joined from Fenwick Elliott.
