Fladgate LLP has advised an offshore private family trust on the disposal of a brownfield site for development in St Pancras for £35 million. The site is the last undeveloped site in St Pancras and was sold to the Market Tech group. The transaction involved the closure and relocation of the logistics giant DPD’s distribution centre.
Prior to selling the owner gained planning permission for mixed-use development including 121 residential units and commercial space.
The Fladgate team was led by real estate partner Gideon Dabby-Joory, assisted by commercial partner Eddie Powell, construction senior associate Chris Farrell and real estate associate Roland Brandman.
