Fladgate LLP is delighted to have contributed to the first edition of The International Lawyers Network’s real estate guide, “Buying & Selling Real Estate: An International Guide”.
Published today, this collaborative electronic guide provides an overview of the legal aspects of buying and selling real estate in eleven jurisdictions internationally. Plans are in place to add further jurisdictions to the publication, which will be regularly revised, to make this a comprehensive and up-to-date source of information.
