Fladgate have acted for management on the buyout of Technical Support Services International (TSSI) and Capital Engineering Personnel (CEP). TSSI is a global business providing ICT staff in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. CEP supplies staff to a wide range of industries including civil engineering, construction, rail & metro, IT & telecoms and aerospace.
Management were backed by a private equity fund as part of a “buy and build” in the recruitment sector, of which this is the third acquisition.
