Fladgate advises on the sale of Conversio to Campaign Monitor

Fladgate acted for the majority shareholder of Conversio, a popular ecommerce platform, on its sale to CM Group, a global technology company and the owner of Campaign Monitor.

With the transaction completed, Conversio’s technology is now being used to launch CM Commerce, a new email marketing solution tailored for retailers looking to accelerate their growth.
