Fladgate has today announced the new appointment of Head of Dispute Resolution, Bree Taylor.
Bree’s expertise predominantly lies in handling complex commercial disputes. Bree has acted on some of the most significant and complex litigation in recent years, including fraud claims against major UK banks, and joint venture disputes between publicly listed companies in the oil and gas sector.
Bree also leads the firm’s Aviation (Enforcement & Recovery) team and acts for some of the largest aircraft leasing companies in Europe, handling contentious aspects of the aviation industry.
Bree acts regularly for liquidators and administrators on claims arising out of company insolvencies and defends directors from breach of duty claims brought by office holders.
