The team members are either native Germans, or have worked or studied in German-speaking countries. Drawing together expertise from across our firm, the team provides legal expertise based on a practical understanding of the respective legal systems and business cultures, and the economic and cultural distinctions between the UK and Germany, Austria and Switzerland.   • Interquell – restructuring a new importing and consignment stock agreement between Interquell, the leading German pet food manufacturer of the brands “Happy Dog” and “Happy Cat”, and its UK importers.
  • Yellow Promotion, the German based promoters of the United Kingdom Ukulele Orchestra (TUKUO) – successfully defending TUKUO against an injunction sought by The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain to stop TUKUO from performing under that name.
  • Phoenix Solar AG, builders of large-scale photovoltaic power plants –joint venture arrangements.
  • Jack Wolfskin, a leading German retailer of outdoor equipment and clothing – expansion into the UK market place, including leases for its three London retail premises in the Westfield London shopping centre, Long Acre in Covent Garden and Regent Street.
