An exciting opportunity to join our friendly and well-respected IT department. The IT Support Analyst will provide first and second line support, on a rota basis, to all across the firm.
Duties include assisting with new joiner set up, answering telephone and email queries, logging calls in the support database and escalating any problems to the relevant contact. This role will also perform ad hoc support on all systems and assist with desk moves.
We are looking for candidates that are communicative, organised and technically competent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support role.
