The successful candidate will:

  • be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, good degree and “A” levels (or equivalent);
  • have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a dispute resolution team in private practice;
  • be able to demonstrate a commitment to specialising in commercial litigation law;
  • be able to demonstrate exceptional case management and meticulous attention to detail;
  • be able to demonstrate a proven track record of excellent direct client contact and client care;
  • achieve results within given timescales; and
  • prioritise tasks effectively.
