The successful candidate will:

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
  • Good degree (minimum 2.1) and good “A” levels (or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years PQE in a dispute resolution team within private practice at a large London law firm dealing with a wide range of work
  • Experience of commercial litigation with at least a focus and some experience in one of our sectors (for example, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, IP/Sports, White Collar Crime; Banking disputes)
  • Some experience of insolvency law and procedure (for example work for an Administrator/ Liquidator or alternatively, defending claims on behalf of former directors)
  • A track record of marketing and promotional activities within his/her current firm (e.g. published articles, speaking engagements, involvement in events and pitches)
