We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk within the Accounts department. Your role is to be part of the team responsible for the accounts of the firm, in particular dealing with office account transactions including but not limited to, purchase ledger invoices, payments and receipts, supplier reconciliations, petty cash and the processing of expense claims. You will support the Accounts Manager in ensuring that the requirements of the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR), Anti-Money Laundering legislation, VAT and any statutory regulations are complied with.
The successful candidate will have:
An ILCA / ILFM qualification would also be advantageous, although not essential.
In addition, you will be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic and the ability to build credible relationships with clients both internal and external.
