Alison Mould is a partner in the real estate litigation team at Fladgate.
She specialises in all aspects of property litigation, in particular landlord and tenant, retail and leisure, office and estate.
Alison acts for Odeon, Origin Housing, the TA , Toys “R” Us, Millennium Hotels, Penguin Books, Turner Broadcasting, YO! Sushi and Beaverbrooks The Jewellers.
An example of the work on which Alison has advised is acting for the Trustees of the will of the first Lord Brocket in relation to dilapidations, listed building issues, arrears and destruction of fittings.
Alison is ranked as an expert in her field by both the Legal 500 and Chambers UK independent guides to the legal profession.
Alison, originally from Sunderland, studied law at Liverpool University and then for her Law Society finals at Chester College of Law. She qualified in 1989 and joined Fladgate as a partner in 2000.
