Anna Wakeling is a senior associate in the family department at Fladgate.

She advises clients on a wide range of family law issues, both contentious and non-contentious, including those with an international element. These include divorce/civil partnership, cohabitation, pre-/post-nuptial agreements, complex financial disputes and jurisdictional issues.

Anna also advises clients on private law children matters, including contact arrangements, residence, international relocation and child abduction.

She has also advised on claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Anna comes from a background of media disputes and commercial litigation, having worked in these areas on qualification and is often able to draw on this experience when advising clients in a family law context.

She is a member of Resolution.

Anna qualified in September 2011 and joined Fladgate in July 2014.
