Ben Drew is a partner in the litigation department at Fladgate.

He specialises in financial services disputes and contentious insolvency, both domestically and in a wide range of overseas jurisdictions. His matters often involve underlying accusations of fraud.

He has litigated in all divisions of the High Court and has considerable experience in successfully managing alternative means of dispute resolution.

Ben has acted for a number of international investment and commercial banks and for the majority of the UK’s largest professional services firms. He also frequently works closely with leading insolvency practitioners.

He recently advised in relation to $100m claims arising out of the conduct of former directors following the insolvency of part of an international network of hotels.

He qualified in 2004, joining Fladgate in November 2018.
