Caroline qualified as a solicitor, specialising in employment law, in 2013, and joined Fladgate in 2015.
She advises both employers and employees from a broad range of sectors, on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Caroline provides commercial advice to businesses on managing a full range of employee related issues. She has experience acting for clients during Employment Tribunal proceedings including for disability discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing.
Caroline has a particular interest in acting for clients on termination, advising on and negotiating settlement agreements. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly contributes to employment law articles and knowledge updates.
