Caroline Philipps is an associate in the corporate department at Fladgate.

She provides commercial advice to businesses on managing a full range of employee related issues, including redundancies and dismissals. She also acts for clients during Employment Tribunal proceedings, including for disability discrimination and whistleblowing.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly contributes to employment law articles and knowledge updates.
