Cem is a senior associate in the corporate department at Fladgate.

He specialises in providing advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, including on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and overseas investments into the UK.

He also advises more broadly on commercial contracts, intellectual property matters and commercial real estate acquisitions/disposals.

Cem’s practice involves advising international groups, family offices, SMEs and start-ups on a wide range of corporate, commercial and commercial real estate matters. In particular, he has significant experience in dealing with Turkish businesses and Turkish high net-worth individuals. He is fluent in Turkish.

Cem is a trustee of the Robert College UK, a registered charity.

He graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Law and went on to obtain an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Fladgate’s corporate team in February 2020.
