Harry Stewart is an associate in the Dispute Resolution department at Fladgate.

He has expertise in complex, high value disputes, with a particular focus on banking and financial markets litigation. He also works on more general commercial disputes, often involving an international element.

His recent practice includes advising on the successful outcome of a number of high profile claims in the Commercial Court involving UK and international banks, concerning a range of issues that included breach of duty, breach of warranty, and express and implied misrepresentation.

He has advised a range of clients in various sectors, including banks, domestic and international corporates, and individuals.

Harry graduated from Bristol University in 2008 with a degree in Russian and Italian. After converting to law, he trained and qualified at a leading international firm in London.

He joined Fladgate in September 2019.
