Karen Mitchell is a senior associate in the real estate department at Fladgate.

She specialises in a wide range of contentious property issues relating to both commercial and high value residential properties, including advising in relation to rent arrears, forfeiture of leases, break notice issues, dilapidations, service charges, guarantees, property related insolvency, uncontested and contested business lease renewals, boundary disputes, trespass, noise nuisance, restrictive covenants, rights of way, management company disputes and telecoms.

Karen acts for both landlords and tenants of residential and commercial premises in relation to all contentious matters arising out of or incidental to the occupation of property.
