Katie Mitchell is an associate in the Private Client department at Fladgate.
She specialises in advising UK and Non-UK domiciled individuals in relation to their estate and tax planning through the creation of Trusts, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys.
Katie has acted for a number of high net worth individuals in relation to disclosing UK tax liabilities to HMRC arising from offshore issues.
Katie also acts for trustees and executors advising them on their fiduciary duties in relation to estate and trust administration.
Katie is a student member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a contributor to Planning and Administration of Offshore and Onshore Trusts (Bloomsbury Professional).
She has also been recognised in the City Wealth 2018 Top 100 Future Leaders list and was shortlisted in 2019 as a “Woman of the Year – Rising Star”.
Katie qualified as a solicitor at a city law firm in London before joining Fladgate as an associate in 2019.
