Kirsty is an associate in the real estate litigation department at Fladgate.

She specialises in a broad spectrum of real estate disputes including advising clients on property misrepresentation claims, landlord and tenant disputes relating to possession, alienation, forfeiture and lease renewal, and land owner disputes involving issues such as trespass and nuisance.

She also has experience acting on a broad range of contractual disputes, including enforcement of sale agreements and interpretation of property contracts, as well as advising on professional negligence claims against property professionals, including acting on behalf of a global real estate service provider in relation to a high value commercial valuation claim.

Kirsty has acted for a range of clients including commercial landlords and tenants, public sector bodies, investor clients, national charities and lenders.

She is experienced in all types of civil court procedure and has County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal experience. Kirsty also has alternative dispute resolution (ADR) experience, including mediation experience.

Kirsty graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Social and Political Sciences. After converting to law, she worked at a leading regional firm as a commercial litigator, before specialising in real estate litigation. Kirsty joined Fladgate in 2019.
