Louise is an experienced employment lawyer who has acted for a wide range of clients, including domestic, European and international businesses, high net worth individuals and charities.
She advises on all aspects of employment law, providing strategic and commercially focused advice on issues such as business restructuring and redundancies, terminations and exits, settlement agreements, post-termination restrictions, disciplinary and grievance procedures and performance management.
She has considerable experience in advising on the application of TUPE to property and business transactions, including insourcing/outsourcing arrangements.
Louise also has a breadth of experience in Employment Tribunal proceedings. She has acted for clients in, for example, complex discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and holiday pay disputes.
She has a particular specialism in family friendly rights (and has been quoted in the national and trade press on the subject) and understands the difficulties and issues that businesses and employees face in dealing with this complex area.
